How do I purchase with Afterpay?

To complete your purchase with Afterpay simply:

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed which you have agreed to when purchased. Processing time EXCLUDES shipping time and consists of preparing your order for shipment.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We offer international shipping on every order for $13.85 up tp $23.00 depending on the weight of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is processed, you will be alerted by email that your order is ready for shipment and this email will include your tracking number.

What must I do if my package is lost in the mail?

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Also, orders that show on the tracking number as delivered will NOT be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for orders once they have been handed over to USPS

What is your Return Policy?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges but if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us in 10 days of receiving your product by emailing us at contact@moellabeauty.com.

No! Our company prides itself on not testing on animals. But we do test on humans :)
